Pandemonium was a special event that took place on 27th April, 2013. During the event, poleis from level 4 and above were able to purchase a Gold Titan Card Pack (for the same price), rather than the usual level of 16. The event lasted 24 hours. The cooldown was set to 11.5 hours, making it possible for 2 packs to be bought, although it was very unlikely to be able to afford 2 packs.
